This is a vintage 1998 single card of window decorations mnfrd. by Impact Plastics, Inc. here in the USA. This product line of window decorations was known by the brand of Classic Clings Premier Window Decorations. The Premier line's main difference between it & all others preceding it & those on the market currently from other mnfr. was having brightest colors ever seen. This card is the 4th of July holiday. Originally had 8 multi-color clings on it, but 1 small fireworks cling is missing. That leaves the large bear & flag cling, 3 fireworks clings, 2 firecrackers, a flag & USA banner. All made of plastic & vinyl coated making them washable/reusable. Card is 11.75" X 17" in. Wash/dry windows for best results before use. Peel a cling off card then place (printed side away from window) smooth on window, work bubbles from center out. To remove peel off, wash if needed & replace on card. I have enclosed info on cleaning & bringing back the cling for any you have that don't cling works to.
