After doing research it's around the 1970's
This is beauty to add to your vintage home. Could be use for anything. So unique Shaker Candlesticks were used by shoemakers in the 20th Century.
The Shoemakers would put pillar candles on each side and the spin the handmade spiral to move the candle in your farm house
