Vintage 1950s Czech Hand Painted Crab Porcelain Lidded Butter Dish Trinket Box. Not sure what company produced this, though it is stamped “PV" underneath. Some scuffs on the bottom, some tiny pen-sized chips on the back of the lid, along with some small marks and scratches on the body and inside of the dish (see photos). There are tiny black specks on the claws, though there are more on one claw than the other; not sure if those are intentionally painted on or not. On one side, the red isn’t painted far enough down towards the inside of the dish, so there’s always a little white showing with the lid on. Overall, this is in good condition!
