Pre-owned and being sold from an estate. Map is in full, has no missing parts and is free of any stain or liquid damage. All areas of the map are complete and fully visible.
That said, the map has been stored and neatly folded as indicated by the creases. There are approximately 5 points where the map is experiencing splitting in creases. The view is not hindered. Due to size, unless being kept folded/ stored, care and caution should be exercised while handling. Framing, laminating or other preservation/restorative measures should probably be taken sooner rather than later to ensure the continued beauty and life of the map.
