Sold a few maps from an inherited collection, but extreme interesest in this one had us keeping it until we learned more.

Found amongst old paintings, photos, diplomas, US citizen paperwork… inherited from my late husband’s Great Aunt (1903-1980s). Mapped before California was a state…, likely obtained by her great grandfather [in real time] - would be
my husbands great great great grandfather.
Fine condition considering age (see pics). Stored in heavy weight embossed folder from ‘Hotel Maison DeVille’, not sure
of age or where it is but it just kept map protected.
