I believe this is an item that was bought on vacation in Aruba. Not sure of the timeframe maybe 70s or 80s.
The body of the doll is soft but they had is a porcelain or ceramic looks to be hand painted. Jewelry is made out of pearlized beads. Hat is removable and the doll has a red tie a scarf on her head.
