The recording began after the Crypt Keepers prologue. The prologue is missing, but the story portion of the film is complete, including the Crypt Keepers Prologue.
I'm assuming this is a 2000 recording because there is a Mission Impossible 2 and Shaft trailer. Tons of cool early promos for comedy central shows.
The first commercial break was edited out, using the pause function during recording. After that, all commercials are present.
