This copy of Penthouse COMIX #27 has damages but is in overall good condition.

Condition:
Cracked spine from being read and handled. Tattered and softened spine corners. Small tears on top and bottom corners of spine. Softened worn edges on both sides of cover. Dents and dings along edges. Scuffs and scratches on both sides of cover from being handled and read. Has creases on bottom back cover on the left side and some denting increases on top right side of cover back. In good/fair COLLECTABLE shape but not mint by any means of the word.
I do not collect but I would say it is in good shape for being from 1997. Heat press would fix most issues.
Shipped in a eco liner #2 with recycled cardboard as reinforcements. Shipped and packaged with care.
