This quilted wall hanging was designed by me, handmade and intended to bring a little brightness and peace into your home or office.
14 different aqua/teal fabrics form the basis for this Gothic window design.
My techniques for assembling this little quilt are exactly the same as assembling a bed-size quilt, starting with piecing the top, then sandwiching that with backing and cotton batting. I use my sewing machine to free-motion quilt the layers together. The final step is to attach an edge binding to pull the window together.
Because each piece I make is unique, you may see variations in fabric, but overall your piece will look the same as the one pictured.
This lightweight fabric art is easy to hang, attaching with sticky tabs or thumbtacks to any wall. It is made of 100% cotton materials.
