FABULOUS FIND!
Vintage / antique (probably 1950s?) mid century metal chrome bread box, pie keeper, kitchen or pantry storage box.
In good preowned vintage condition. PLEASE VIEW ALL PICS. Several areas of rust marks, vintage patina & distressing - in my opinion this adds to its wonderful character and authenticity! Interior heavily distressed. Yellow floral decal in front bottom left corner in very good condition with minor scuffs. A few scattered TINY dents that aren’t noticeable.
Some unique features of this piece: original knob (scuffed), magnetic closure, vented (holes) in back, mounting holes on sides, heavy weighted press wood lined front door.
Measures approx 16”W x 10”H x 11”D. Weighs over 6 pounds.
I have given this a basic cleaning, but will probably require additional cleaning per buyer preference.
Perfect addition to any MCM mid century, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, vintage, retro, primitive, rustic, cottage, prairie kitchen or pantry!
