Details: This mid-century, c. 1960s Bing Grondahl porcelain serving dish features a glossy beige finish with a hand-painted circle in brown.
Hjördis Oldfors (1920-2014) is one of the well-known representatives of the illustrious Swedish ceramic design of the 20th century. She was one of the leading designers for the Upsala-Ekeby factory in the 1950s and 1960s. Oldfors is represented at numerous museums in Sweden.
The marking on the back reads: "B&G Copenhagen Porcelain - Made in Denmark Stoneware 316”
