Eunice Whaamilton; Whined about lack of DRS but even so couldn't overtake when available... Russell showed the car is driveable but like the year the McL was poor (against Heikki 2010? 2011?) LH was pretty much 'absent'.

Re: Infinite Improbability Drive of the Race - Qatar 2021

Alonso and Alpine generally really. The team has been making progress - not always noticeable and Nando showed he'd lost none of his guile and accumulated years of racecraft. The Alonso 'model' of driver is one that, like Raikkonen, may not exist for very much longer if at all. Excellent result on m...

Re: RIP Charlie Whiting

It's a very sad loss for F1; always came across as a good man. Big shoes to fill for someone and less than 48 hours to make sure all his well-performed roles are adequately covered.

RIP Charlie, maybe some fishing with Sid and Ayrton?

Re: Your Reject of the Race - Italy

Verstappen...or at least his early laps 'luck' again. He's got a quick chassis (see Ricciardo) he can afford to be a little more circumspect early on.

Haas, earlier season promise slipping away.

Re: Infinite Improbability Drive of the Race - Italy

Ocon & Stroll both looked the part for possibly the first time.

Ricciardo gets a mention, but we shouldn't be surprised at a recovery drive from possibly the best overtaker in the pack.

Bottas: Excellent off the start...wasn't expecting that; controlled the race; withstood the late pressure. Top drive to take first win.
