Those laptimes are highly unrealistic for a 37.73 mile lap of the Manx TT track. The current bike recond is 17 mins 12.3 secs (131.5 mph/211.75 km/h). Pretty much though I'd planned this as a one off Grand Prix anyway. Shame as it seemed to not be so bad when I tested it out last month. Still by just having a time trial, it means I can get this round done in one day.

Since the AI keep crashing so frequently in racing conditions, the Isle of Man will instead consist of a time trial over one lap. I may be able to provide live coverage as it happens on here when I run this tomorrow.

As discussed in the F1 thread, Japanese F3000 team, Dome will enter Formula 2 for the first time. Hitoshi Ogawa and Kazuyoshi Hoshino will be our drivers.

So Fangio won again but Villoresi managed to be a thorn in his side over the first stint. Sadly just as the Italian got within one second of Fangio, his race rapidly fell apart in spectacular fashion culminating in him plowing into the back of a back-marker. ROTY will be added tomorrow.
