It has to be Alonso.Massive mistake by him or the team, it was obvious that the wing was going to come off. What were they thinking? And totally out of character for Alonso. Thats how championships are lost. Oh and Maldonado, who is obviously on a mission to visit every gravel trap at every circuit.

I think thats exactly the point. What credible F1 team employs drivers who 'while not setting the world on fire, could actually do okay' ? Compare with the attitude at Toro Rosso.

The sack of Buemi and Alguersuari is definitely a surprise, given their consistency and generally solid performances. Of course, they never did a Vettel, but again, bringing two almost complete rookies to F1 (in the same team) instead of using experienced and seasoned talent seems a little strange....
