Re: Your Reject of the Year - nominations

My Rejects of the Year 2014: 1. Lotus-Renault: no Kimster, no Quantum, no Hulk, the ugliest nose of the lot and only 10 points all season. Need I say more? 2. Sauber-Ferrari: Simple, their first pointless season! Honestly, did they really score 4 podiums and almost a win only two years ago? 3. Ferra...

BTCC Rejects: 1995 1st - Alfa Romeo - They were to the BTCC in 1995 what Ferrari was to F1 in 1980! 2nd - Simon Harrison - Scored just 9 points all season! 3rd - Paul Radisich - Scored 128 points in first 15 races, scored just 2 in last 10 races! Dishonourable mentions: Renault's luck and reliabilit...

Steve Robertson (96) Best finish, two 10ths. Scored a mere two points for the works Ford team, admittedly in a rather average car. Even managed to take out his teammate, Paul Radisich in his debut race. He went on to form a British F3 team with Kimi Raikkonen. Owen McAuley (96) Best finish, 9th. Ra...

If the rules can be bent and years that were covered can be included then here I go. 2013: Already said Caterham 3rd, Maldonado 2nd, McLaren 1st. 2012: Already said Mclaren 3rd, Caterham 2nd, Mercedes 1st. 2011: Already said Renault 3rd, Maldonado 2nd, Williams 1st but in retrospect I would count th...

My Reject of the Year for 2013: 3rd Place: Caterham Renault - The reason they are 3rd this year is because inevitably finishing last is not that much of a decline from narrowly claiming 10th at the last possible minute last year. 2nd Place: Pastor Maldonado - Another bad year, another failure to cap...
