It really is glorious, coming into a ROTR thread and there being no mention at all of Romain Grosjean.
Anyway, I’m going to make a broad nomination that should be all-encompassing: the flag shenanigans. That ought to do it.

Re: 2018 Silly Season
It's a pretty stark contrast to 4 or 5 years ago, when they appeared to have oodles of talent like Ricciardo, Vergne, Felix da Costa, Kvyat, Verstappen, Sainz and a few others that all appeared to have the talent to make it in F1. Almost as if they realised they had all this talent and only two seat...

For MG's tentative first steps into the new era of the BTCC, WSR are more than happy to accept Jonny Kane and Warren Hughes as works drivers for 2000, with both being evaluated for 2001 and beyond. In the third car, we're gonna go all out and bid £850,000 for the lovely Yvan Muller. Failing that, I'...

I am gonna go very obvious here, and say Toro Rosso's drivers. What is one of the first rules of racing? That's right, don't hit your teammate. I'd be inclined to suggest it was Gasly's fault a hell of a lot more than it was Hartley's, but before I spin the hero to zero narrative I should point out ...

For me, it has to be Red Bull. Yes, Williams were plain up rubbish, but the whole idea of Reject of the Race is to go with something or someone that is laughably bad. A crash in qualifying, a DNF on lap 2 and another DNF on lap 4? That's ROTR material for me.
