For the Reject Nation Tournament, would Al Pease count as being from Canada or England? On his wiki page, it says he was born in England, but everything else says he has a Canadian nationality. I'd assume he'd be known as Canadian as most people refer to him as Canadian. There's so many English rej...

IndyCar (CART) at Nazareth in 1995. Eddie Cheever was gonna win his first CART race, but ran out of fuel on the last lap. He never won a CART race.

What are you guys on about? Look at this, maybe this explains everything (this is the layout that I am familiar with): I use a similar keyboard to this one. And you need to hold down Ctrl & Alt, then press 2 in order to produce a @. But, shouldn't you be able to get a 2 just by holding Shift+2?...
