Not sure about 2) other than it is Ronnie Peterson in '78. could be Argentina but thats a huge guess.

Just wondering Is this turbocharged 3 litre V10s or a continuation of 1.5 litre turbos with c. 2 bar pressure? Sorry I should have made myself a bit cleare...
