I read that Spyker's original livery in early 2007 was a lot more orange than it was when raced, but the orange paint didn't look right when filmed. I could've also read somewhere that the pre-97 Marlboro Ferraris, under some conditions looked maroon.
More info on the Spyker: http://www.f1colours.com/2007/03/13/spy ... ge-livery/

Re: Reject moments that never happened
After Vettel's comments today, how about a team running out of wet weather tyres in the race and is thus forced either to try and finish on slicks, re-use knackered wets, or retire altogether? In that situation, they'd have to stay on the knackered wets, as they'd still be faster than slicks. Howev...

Despite the fact that Vettel was clearly trying to ovetake Webber against team orders, Webber seemd very aggressive in pushing him towards the pit wall. One false move, and it could've ended in catastrophe.

Everyone who isn't Jules Bianchi or Nico Hulkenberg. Actually, this is a reasonable nomination. They both put their head down and did the job, but the others all had been involved in something! If they're going to fire a driver, then get rid of VdeG. Pic is better and him, and Kovalainen would get you more money by hauling Caterham back into 10th.

I've never heard of anyone running out of intermediate weather tyres, but if that did happen, I could imagine it'd be chaotic, as teams would end up on the full wets on an intermediate track or vice versa, leading to excessive wear or aquaplaning.

Another reason why they could've postponed qualifying is the risk of someone crashing, bringing out the red flag, and forcing the session to be abandoned anyway, due to the light levels being too low.

The safety car sent out to test the conditions on track, and crashing.
The car at the front of the "train" at the start of qualifying stalls his car, blocking the pit lane exit.

If Vodafone go, then drop the silver/red livery. Firstly, Mercedes use silver, and second, it would break the association with Hamilton to some extent. If they won't go back to white/red, then go orange, or possibly black/white, as the West livery was clean and efficent.

A possible reason for them not putting a DRS zone by Spoon to 130R in Suzuka is that they may consider it too dangerous, in case someone tries to do side by side through the 130R. if you clip the back of someone at 130R, then you'll probably have an accident like Burti's at Spa

I think Hockenheim would probably take the 2013 rrace if the Nurburgring didn't. An 18 race season would be disappointing, when we're suppose to have 20. Alos, how could we end with the 3-times world champion not having a home race?
