Re: Reject of the Race - Spainish Grand Prix 2018

Ferrari had a bad weekend, two power unit related issues fir Raikkonen, one of them in the race dropping him out of 4th place. The car has huge problems with tyre wear, and with the cool conditions and aero-heavy track to boot, they were simply off the pace, the third fastest car in the race. Riccia...

The fact that Chilton was crushed by the Emirati Ed Jones, who has no prior experience in America Sorry to be nitpicky here, but I wouldn't say one stab at the American GP means that Chilton has a noteworthy amount more. The fact that Chilton was crushed by the Emirati Ed Jones, who has no prior experience in America and was only racing in F3 last year, speaks volumes.
Also, seeing as Max is no longer in F1, shouldn't this be shifted to the van de Poele Forum? Or the Deletraz Forum, since Chilton is a reject?

I'm actually reasonably happy with system. Yes, there are some talented drivers who do/would have missed out based on this system, but what I like is that there is a clearer career ladder for a young driver and key markers which drivers must prove themselves against. It places emphasis on results r...

Deletraz denied by fog

Louis Deletraz lost his chance to make it a nervous finale for eventual champion Ben Barnicoat when the final race of the 2014 Formula Renault 2.0 NEC season was called off due to fog. Deletraz was starting fourth while Barnicoat was only fifteenth on the grid.

He beat Rafa Marciello in 2012 in the F3 Euroseries, and he was an F3 rookie, while Marciello had done Italian F3 before that. He'd also won the ADAC Formel Masters in 2011, beating Emil Bernstorff.

Sauber actually had 4 podiums in 2012 (3 for Perez - Malaysia, Canada and Italy, 1 for Kobayashi - Japan).
