The FIA And Williams are cowards for not investigating the schumacher/hill incident. If they don't do anything about it, then they are just as guilty as Schumacher is.

By default, results are based on horsepower, but in the case of the Class B BMW's i am going to add restrictor plates them to prevent the from dominating the season like last year.
