Mansell, in his recent autobiography, appears to blame a poor string of results in the early 1991 season on.......catching heyfever from his moustache.

Burti probably could be added to the list too. His 2001 crash left him a severe concussion and pretty much ended his F1 career.

Plus by looking at the picture of his crash helmet after the accident, it's amazing that this was his only injury sustained!

I think the bigger question is would Senna have been able to pass both Prost and Mansell? IIRC Mansell was pulling away from Prost when he crashed. Would Bellof have passed all 3 of them? (Even though he'd later have the win taken off him).

I enjoyed watching Gonzalo in F3000, the guy was a great talent and he most likely would have haven taken a title or two had he made it to F1. Gonzalo Rodriguez was a championship contender for most of his time in Formula 3000. He was likely to move up to F1 sooner or later, given his racecraft. Rog...

Imagine Schumacher in the Mercedes this year, he could easily have ended his career on a high :) Rosberg would probably take the title but a few wins and 2nd in the championship would have given him a great sendoff.
