Caterham easily. Shambles even though Ericsson did alright.
Can't fault on Putin. World stage and stuff.
Nothing wrong with the track
Rosberg made a comeback.
Nothing else I can think of.

1. Rosberg
2. Putin? I guess first ever head of state I can remember to present the trophy and also seemed less awkward than Bernie.

Re: Ponderbox
I don't really get why people get so purist about tracks. Yeah there are classic tracks but they aren't like godly as everyone puts them out to be. I love the Abu Dhabi circuit, I liked Korea and Valencia, I like Sochi as well and I do love Suzuka, Monza, Spa and such. In saying that F1 is a global ...

Ehhh I'm not keen on touching Olympic heritage for F1.

Re: 2015 Silly Season Thread
In a way Alonso reminds me of LeBron James. Like they should have more than two championship because of great they are but they just have 2 championships and people will hold it against them. I wouldn't be like Alonso to take a sabbatical. I mean he drove with Renault for two seasons before going to...

I am looking forward to Russian GP. It should be boss. I mean Russia has hosted football, tennis and the Winter Olympics, so they do a fine job regardless of all the political and human rights issues that happen in the country

Such a shame. He was such a well loved driver and a good driver. It is really unfortunate.

We all hope that Bianchi is okay. I mean that's the main concern and it is understandable about the helicopter due to medical conditions.

Too bad we could have had the race on Monday or even Saturday but that's how it is. So it will be cancelled if it pisses down like it is now then Abu Dhabi is more important than ever.

According to Adam Cooper - "Can confirm that yesterday the FIA offered the organizers the opportunity to start the race as early as 11am"
"The organisers, ie Honda, did not want to move, even by an hour. Officially it is their choice, not the FIA's, not Bernie's"

Re: 2015 Silly Season Thread
Alonso has surely put himself in bad spot by not announcing his plans earlier. What we know is that Mercedes, Red Bull have confirmed their lineup so those spots are full. That leaves him option of joining Mclaren or staying at Ferrari. As I said earlier Ferrari wanted to keep Alonso and Raikkonen....

So Basically
17. Grosjean
18. Ericsson
19. Bianchi
20. Kobyaashi
21. Chilton
22. Maldonado with 5 grid spots to be lost at Sochi?
Apparently it carries over from what I read. Can anyone confirm?

I think Ferrari should buyout Maldonado's contract. 2016 WDC Champ ftw. I wonder where Grosjean fits. I've been thinking McLaren is the most likely chance but Ferrari may not be out of the question considering how good he was last season. However I doubt Ferrari wants Bianchi to be snatched up elsew...

Not content to have sold their soul, the South Koreans now want to sell their Seoul: m It took me a lot longer to think of that pun than I care to admit. Woo first time doing this. I'm surprised no one picked this up yet. New User. Always been a lurker somewhat.
Been watching F1 since 2001 thanks to good old Ralf Schumacher. From there been a fan of Alonso and various amounts of drivers and such. Not much else to say but I basically watch every sport kind of.
