Re: Reject of the Race - Baku 2023

Pirelli: The soft and medium tyres barely lasted 10 laps, and the hards could have done about 300.
Nyck de Vries: Worst weekend I've seen in a while

Re: 2023 Discussion Thread

following today's race- someone posted a reply to a tweet about the abnormal amount of red flags now in f1 that I made From the beginning of 2000 F1 season to the end of 2019 season, there was 19 red flags. Since the beginning of 2020, there has already been 17 red flags.- race-related red flags. L...

Re: 2023 Austrialian GP ROTR

1. Gasly; Sainz; Sargeant Whatever race control do regarding restarts etc. is secondary to enforcing good driving standards.
2. Leclerc We all want Stroll to disappear but he's not going to leave F1 halfway through a corner

Re: 2023 Discussion Thread

Verstappen is 100% winning tomorrow barring mechanical problems. 1s per lap over the rest of the field and good straight line speed. Only question is whether Perez behaves himself.

Re: Driver Profile - Yuji Ide

Fantastic profile, amazing he ever made it to F1 given he had to work so hard to even have a motor racing career. It's a shame that he was thrown into the deep end (at his own volition, of course).

Re: The Only Prediction Contest in Town [Citation Needed]

How many Formula One Grands Prix will Max Verstappen win in 2023? 23 I'm fully blackpilled. I looked up previous dominant seasons (2002, 2004, 2014, 2015, 2016) for reasons why Red Bull won't win. I don't think they'll suffer from reliability problems, Perez is clearly second best and Verstappen won...

Re: 2023 Discussion Thread

I think this season is going to like the last one, with RBR just dominating and a clear 1-2 dynamic. Maybe the punishment for their overspending will catch up with them by the halfway point, when they can't develop as much, but right now it looks like RBR have cheated and gotten away with it quite f...

Re: Reject of the Race - France 2022

1. Ferrari Their best strategic mind is their second driver.

2. Leclerc I feel comfortable now calling this: he makes too many mistakes to be WDC. He'd have to have Mansell '92 levels of car advantage, which i just don't see happen these days.

Re: Reject of the Race - Spain 2022

Haas for doing their best Toyota impression and only turning up on Saturday.

HM to Mercedes strategy for not even attempting to win the GP with Russell. They just let RBR dictate the race to them when it was clear Verstappen was struggling to overtake.

Re: Infinite Improbability Drive of the Race - Bahrain 2022

1) K.Magz: Shudders me to think how badly Haas handicapped themselves last year with that driver pairing given how well he did on zero testing. 2) Zhou Guanyu: He always looked more suited to F1's more mundane races, rather than the helter-skelter of F2, and hopefully he can stopped being treated as...

Re: Reject of the Race - Bahrain 2022

1) M. Schumacher: comfortably outdriven by someone who had done zero testing, wasn't seen as a future star, and hadn't driven an F1 car for over a year. All the predictions that he'll end up in a Ferrari are looking less likely by the race. 2) Mercedes powertrains: there's an engine freeze until 202...
