the only reason rbrs diffuser did not do much was because it doesnt have much effect in monaco. also there cars wheel base is wrong for monaco (i think it is 2 long) so they were bound to not do that well.

but toro rossos dont technecally have customer chassis as there chassis and red bulls are made by rb technologies which owns both teams.

from what i could understand of what flav was saying, renault will withdraw next year if budget cap goes ahead. i am guessing this is what he said as every other team is .

Could montoya become a driver for USGPE if they get of the ground. he is probably the only reasonable driver that they have (even though he is columbian though he does live in the US so he could probably citizenship) with recentish F1 experience and that has performed at a moderate level.
