Re: Your Reject of the Race - Japan

Charles Leclerc the contact with Verstappen was bad enough, but carrying on with the damaged wing was dangerous, and the flying debris could have caused Hamilton serious injury.

Re: Your Reject of the Race - Italy

Sebastian Vettel a tad obvious perhaps, but sometimes the obvious choice is the right choice. Dishonourable mention to the TV director. Cutting away from Vettel just as the Stroll collision was obviously about to happen, to show a pointless shot of the crowd. Directors have an irritating habit of c...

IIRC he was let of for that race because Enoch got fed up of giving it to him all the time. Re: Reject of the race leaderboard

It was not one single incident (the website & RotR award didn't exist in 1997), just that over 14 years Schumacher accumulated more RotR awards than anyone else. Possibly part of the reason was that as a 7 time World Champion, he set such high standards for himself that any blunder was likely to...

Re: Reject of the race leaderboard

I've decided to keep it as one list, unless everyone objects. If we started again, it would take years for the list to become interesting, since virtually no-one would have more than one RotR for the first few years. For posterity, here is the final Jamie/Enoch era leaderboard: 1) Michael Schumacher...
