Re: Congratulations to F1Rejects
Sad, but somehow mildly amusing posts in this topic. Life sure is hard being the only F1 fan in the neighborhood, huh? Most of the people I see in real life have at least heard of F1, most of them know a couple of driver names, some even watch races now and then, but I doubt any of them is such a nu...

Re: Felipe Baby (The Song)
Awww, I should watch this forum more often. I want to play that on webradio, but it's not very up-to-date anymore. I also missed "Stay cool" in the lyrics. By the way, can't they just make Christine his racing engineer? I'm joking, but maybe there's something to this. I dunno if a woman ha...

Re: 40 Million Cap, New Teams anyone??
I think we already have more potential employees than AGS ever had. We should save up on salaries by making it a volunteer project.
Oh, also, shouldn't we have a shoot-out, with the slowest drivers getting the driver seats, and the others all becoming test drivers?

Re: 40 Million Cap, New Teams anyone??
Holy shite, that new livery looks good. But where did you get "GLOBO TV" from? Also, I think any F1 team has to be a constructor, so either we have to get involved with Reynard/Lola/whomever through some kind of partnership deal, or build our own chassis. Anyone trained in mechanics? And u...

Re: Super Aguri to RETURN???!!
I don't think Honda care as long as they get paid for the engines. They wouldn't have to support the team financially in any way, so no loss to them. They're Japanese businessmen. Saving face is very important to them. Granted, but I think they already lost face when they pulled out of F1, only for...

Re: F1 car numbers under the pre-1996 system
I think the current system is far better. Not only does it reward teams that do well, it also gives an indication of who did well the previous season under that I call "The Rule of Thirteen": teams with a number less than thirteen did well the previous season, whilst teams with a number g...

Stay afloat on their own, but that of course doesn't mean they have to be succesful.

Re: Super Aguri to RETURN???!!
How would they buy customer Mugen-Honda engines from someone other than Honda? Honda would have a say as to where those engine go, especially singe Mugen is their performance division, much like Ralliart is to Mitsubishi. Personally, I think Aguri is only an outside chance to join. Their best bet w...

Re: We Must Appreciate Force India......
Well Sutil was Hamilton's F3 team mate. I sure am happy that The Force has been progressing quite nicely. These days you don't know who the hell is stuck at the back. The Force! Now there's a nickname! Also, there isn't anyone clearly stuck at the back, the field is way too tight. Which is good for...

Re: Super Aguri to RETURN???!!
How would they get support from Honda? It would be very unlikely, since Honda just retired months ago. I can't see them use Toyota or any non-Japanese engine either, so my guess is that they would buy customer Mugen-Honda engines from somewhere (after all, engine costs aren't included in the budget ...

Jacques Villeneuve got one in Japanese GP 2003. And then there's lot of some obscure choices, including one for Jamie and Enoch themselves.
LOL! When was that? And why?

Piquet win a GP?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA even if he was the only car on the track he would find a way to screw it up.... to finish 1st... u 1st have to finish... and for Piquet he has enough trouble even finishing.... Well, if it were ever possible, then surely it'd be this year. I'm not saying I e...

And speaking of replacing him, surely Renault can't bring in a BETTER driver... Let's hope they bring back The Great Sakon

Oh no, I forgot to wish Webber good luck, and see what's happened to him... Also, I slept through most of the race, catching only the end (but what an end it was!). I'll watch the re-run this afternoon.
