Whilst it's fair to speculate whether or not he's qualified for the job; Jordan Henderson plays for England on a regular basis. So I doubt he'd be less qualified than that.

Not old enough. Martini have specified that Stroll's teammate must be at least 25 years old. If it weren't for that, Wehrlein would be my pick.
