Re: Unusual F1 Stats

It will be 158 Grands Prix between Kubica’s last race in Abu Dhabi and Australia 2019 which will put him third on the list for the longest gap between two races.

The drivers who have longer gaps? Jan Lammers and Luca Badoer :badoer:

Not a great omen for him...

Re: The Not The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Thread

Should I count that as an official prediction, Fetzie? How many points would be on offer for it? That would be an Infinite Improbability Drive of the Race award bet, I presume, and for that you'd get six points on double if you predict correctly! Now that's what I call a Christmas present! Come on ...

How many reject father-sons have we had? As in both ended up as rejects? Not sure it has happened? Definitely not the Hills, nor Fittipaldis, nor Verstappens, nor Rosbergs, nor Brabhams... Re: The Not The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Thread

Yeah, it already feels guaranteed that this will be a borefest, indeed the only Abu Dhabi races which have been memorable are the ones where a title is on the line! But if you look at it another way, all the dull AD races were held in odd-numbered years (2009, 11, 13, 15, 17) and every decent AD ra...
