Arciero-Wells was also a long-time but not-so-successful team. They brought Toyota into the series so although their stint was much longer it could well be compared to Spirit Racing who brought Honda turbos to F1.

Benetton would like to place Fabrizio Gollin and Marc Hynes to the F2 team. If either of them wins championship, they would be promoted to F1 seat in 2001.
