Unlicensed drivers can be hired for any position, but you can only have one at a time in your F1 team. F2 drivers to be done later.

Up to 2 title sponsors, and 1 for each other type of deal. (you can bid for up to 4 title, and 3 for non-title)
Make sure to fulfill their objectives by season's end, or you may find yourself bankrupt.
