Re: Sauber F1 Team - Financial struggles

Well, all I can say is that it is worth it if it keeps Sauber in the sport. And you know what, I hope for the best for Sirotkin. If he is in the car next season, then he will be the first driver younger than me in the sport. I hope, for his and Sauber's sake, that he is a quick learner, because this...

I really don't care for Vettel as a driver, but I can't complain with the fact that he won his home race. He did everything he needed to and performed excellently. I can imagine those final few laps were as exciting for him as they were for us mere mortals.

I read across the board quite a lot that many people say Danica Patrick is Overrated. Can someone explain to me why? I don't know where you heard that. She certainly isn't great, we all knew that. Re: Your Reject of the Race - Britain

I think I am going to have to agree. Pirelli isn't entirely at fault, but I don't believe the teams are either. They made the call to keep the tires because it would hurt their competitiveness, but also because they felt that safety wasn't as big of an issue as claimed. I don't remember that many in...

Is it ever OK to boo? I know it'll always be there but I dont think its OK. I thought the Canadians booing Vettel was very poor. However, I had no problem with the Brits cheering Vettels car failure. More tyre testing at Pocono yesterday, 15 cars this time. This test was more hush-hush, and was not open to the public. Graham was the only driver to mention times to the media, and said his fast lap was a 213 at about 43secs. While this is slower than the last test, he said it was on old tyres nea...

Literally. A bed made out of a race car. Maybe a BMW from the WTCC, they look fairly roomy if they don't have a cage. Or perhaps that Bentley GT3 car, that looks like I could fit a King sized mattress in there!

Toyota was in contention all the way to the end. Considering they were only one lap down on the number 2 Audi, I think they did very well.

And that was a lovely post-24 hour race sleep, especially considering how hellish the racing was. At least 4 hours of armco repair? Unbelievable.
