Both have offers for Lotto's new GBRC team. The problem is Lotto haven't announced which manufacturer they'll be linking up with or buying machinery from. At the same time, they acknowledge this is the only offer on the table (for now at least), so will give it serious thought regardless.
1-50 Lotto GBRC
51-100 Waits for a more detailed offer
Poole 66, Nicolau 62. Both want to know what they're getting into before committing themselves.

Mendriks RX would like to offer Nicolau a works Lada seat in the 2019 GBRC.

Have some signing deadlines;
SIMON BOURNE // 05 Jan @ 1945 GMT
HELIOS NICOLAU // 06 Jan @ 1510 GMT
PEDRO POOLE // 06 Jan @ 1524 GMT
RYAN CARLTON // 08 Jan @ 0314 GMT
CHRISTIAN POULSEN // 08 Jan @ 2055 GMT
CHACKO PALANIAPPAN // 09 Jam @ 2346 GMT

Also, something important that needs done;

Collin Pratchett
The former F1RICS champion has an offer to race full-time in IndyCar with AJ Foyt. Nothing else has been forthcoming. It should keep his career alive nicely.
1-95 Foyt
96-100 Retires
13. Pratchett continues his career stateside.

Emanuele Nicchi
Nicchi has been on the sidelines for a little while now, and is torn as to whether to return to racing, or stay focused on the family coffee business. He knows he's only a backup choice, so the question becomes whether pride becomes a factor as well. It doesn't help either that the offer is not for the Eurocup, but for the far away North America Cup.
1-50 Will accept the offer if one is forthcoming
51-100 Will decline the seat even if it is offered to him
52. He thought long and hard, but it's too large a commitment to make given the circumstances.

Change of plans; apparently, Christian Poulsen is available here, and considering his better results (and the fact he was our first choice to begin with; I PM'd HawkAussie in the hope he wasn't as inactive as he is ages ago), Larsen Racing System would like to bid for Poulsen, this bid taking preference over the one for Poole if we get both. However, Andreas Larsen may give way for Poole if this happens, at least temporarily. Is this OK?

The ambiguity will affect his RNG.

Simon Bourne
Bourne is somewhat bemused by the situation he has ended up in. The rumour mill down under was going crazy about all the offers the New Zealander was expected to receive from F5000 teams, after stunning onlookers with multiple wins in his part-time campaign there in 2018.
No offers ever came. Instead, his only offer of gainful employment is as a factory Mazda driver in rallycross. It's a paying job, but his amazing form in F5000 does not reflect in his RX outings, where he struggled massively to get to grips with the cars and tracks. Seats are filling up fast down under though, and GBRC is where the vacancies are. He wants what he can't have, and he can have what he doesn't really want.
1-30 || Signs for Mazda in GBRC
31-60 || Signs for Madza in GBRC on condition they arrange for at least a part-time campaign in F5000 for him.
61-100 || Holds out for a full-time gig in F5000
42. He agrees in principle to drive for Mazda in GBRC, but they must source him an F5K ride to go with it, else he won't sign.

He can drive the #25 Peak Motorsport car for a few rounds, however that is subject to getting sponsorship in the next RNG phase

You have until Round 8 of the GBRC season / Round 5 of the F5000 season to find him a drive in the latter series. If you fail to fulfil his condition, he will be considered on the market and free to accept any new bids - departing the Mazda team if the new DEC holder wishes him to - if he is not confirmed in an entry with sponsorship in place by the time Round 8 of the GBRC season is complete.

Helios Nicolau
The Greek driver's only offer is to spearhead the factory Lada team in GBRC. While it's not considered a particularly competitive car, it is still a secure, paid factory seat in his primary discipline, and with seats at more competitive factory teams disappearing quickly, he'd be brave to turn this one down.
1-80 // Signs for Lada
81-100 // Waits for an offer from a team fielding a more competitive car
55. Nicolau is back in business.

Pedro Poole
Poole is a little in the lurch here. At first it looked like a cushty little offer to lead the factory Opel team. Then incessant rumours of him being the backup plan to the highly rated Christian Poulsen materialised. Larsen had to show their hand, and the offer looks a bit on the shaky side. If Poulsen says no, he gets to be team leader for a manufacturer squad. It's a tough choice to make. Citroen, Renault and Mazda all still have vacancies.
1-45 // Accepts the offered terms
46-90 // Demands a clause in his deal that guarantees him the #400 Manta for the entire season if Poulsen arrives in the team
90-100 // Offended at the late change in his offer after they became aware of Poulsen's availability, he snubs them entirely
13. Having spent so long out in the cold, Poole does not have the cajones to play hardball on the contract terms, and is willing to see where this takes him as the offer currently stands, hoping Poulsen doesn't enter the picture.

Alright, then. Alternatively, Gerald Pereria/Pan-Asia Alliance will look to Chacko Palaniappan as a backup option in place of Nicchi. We wish Nicchi the very best in his family coffee business.

Ryan Carlton
Carlton was once seen as a promising touring car driver. The promise vanished, replaced with the crushing reality of mediocre results as soon as the BMW 318i lost its performance advantage over the rest of the field. He drove a privateer Holden last year, failing to finish in the Top 15 in any Class B event, outclassed by his less-esteemed team-mate Chris Whiting. A change of scenery may well revive his faltering career.
1-75 // GBRC with Mazda
76-100 // Will wait, determined to find another privateer seat in touring cars
64. With his TC career declining fast, a factory seat, even if not in a discipline he is accustomed to, is a welcome safety net.

In have negotiated directly with HawkAussie over the employment of Christian Poulsen, and he accepted my offer for him to drive for LRS; would this be acceptable, or does he still have to be run through the RNG?

NEW INTAKE!
Unfortunately, given TMLW's long absence, his drivers have now been added into the Free Agency list. Notable individuals include 2016 F1RWRS champion Rhys Davies, AR 2.0 runner-up Iakopo Fuamatu, and IPC B-Class runner up Chloe O'Sullivan. Remember to check out http://formularejects.com/freeagency for the full list of drivers.

In other news, I completely forgot about the final RNG from January. Thankfully, as the series it is for hasn't even picked up again yet, nothing has been lost.

Chacko Palaniappan
The Indian GT racer has an offer to head stateside for the Porsche NA Supercup. It's right in his wheelhouse.
1-95 Accepts
96-100 Wants to be based in Europe or Asia
64. Gerald Pereria/Pan-Asia Alliance have a recruit after Nicchi said no.

Axiom Racing Union offers Grant Hillman of Canada a guaranteed ride in their #04 Dodge Viper for the 2019 Viper Cup season, then after he would be signed onto their #33 Ford Mustang in the 2020 GT3 Racing Series. The offer will be for a minimum of three years, and he would have the right equipment. Afterwards, if he's happy with the team, he would advance to other properties that ARU decides to join that may be higher up in the motorsport ladder.

Just a heads up: Alik Mori is way too old to drive in AR 3.5. He's 46 in the present canon date while the maximum age is 30.

With everything back to normal now on my end, let's get the recent batch of Free Agent RNG completed.

Ryan McReynolds
1-90 Lotto AR 3.5
91-100 Prefers to stay in the Americas
22. Signs with Lotto for AR 3.5

Iakopo Fuamatu
Fuamatu can choose between the experience of PORE, or the newcomers Mótorar Sigurðardóttir. The former has a bigger reptuation and larger footprint, but Sigurðardóttir is expected to build their team around him if he were to sign.
1-65 Plus One
66-100 Mótorar Sigurðardóttir
78. Surprisingly, Fuamatu signs for the Icelandic newcomers.

Chloe O'Sullivan
O'Sullivan has only sportscar offers on the table. Chip Ganassi want to recruit her for their factory Ford GTE Pro team, MK Scuderia want her for their customer GT AM Aston Martin, and Peak Motorsport want to bring her in for the lower reputation Viper Cup.
1-70 Chip Ganassi Ford
71-90 MK Scuderia Aston
91-100 Peak Motorsport Viper
44. O'Sullivan becomes a factory Ford GT driver.

Rhys Davies
RNG averages supplied by Wizzie, Salamander & pasta_maldonado. RNG rolled by Salamander.
Davies has been inundated with offers, ranging from ARWS test and reserve slots, to FIA Endurance Challenge seats, GT series and even Formula E.
1-35 Joest EC / Venturi ARWS TD
36-61 Voeckler FE
62-84 CWG GTSS
85-96 Lotto EC / ARWS TD
97-99 EVR ARWS TD
100 Retires
74. Davies signs with the Commonwealth Group.

John Zimmer
Additional RNG range data supplied by Wizzie.
John Zimmer is disillusioned with racing after the collapse of the factory Holden motorsport programme. North Star offer to pick them up from the collapse with a merger with his ZimSport outfit. Given recent events, he's more interested in just winding the team up.
1-10 Sells out to North Star
11-100 Winds up and cashes out.
90. Zimmer, fed up with racing and the whole Holden escapade, shutters ZimSport and buggers off to Hunter Valley for semi-retirement, running a vineyard and soaking in the sun.

Jimmy Rosenforth
Additional RNG range data supplied by Wizzie.
Jimmy is a bit more optimistic in demeanour than John. His Rosenforth squad has similarly hit the bricks, and perhaps a merger with another organisation could help them get back up to speed again. North Star are veritable newcomers to the scene however, which weighs on Rosenforth's mind.
1-25 Accepts merger
26-75 Wants a detailed business case as to North Star's future plans for Rosenforth before deciding
76-100 Refuses merger
99. Rosenforth may be an optimist, but still he feels strongly that a merger with North Star is not the right direction to take.

Grant Hillman
1-90 Axion Racing Union - Viper Cup
91-100 Waits for F3 Americas offer
87. Viper Cup with Axiom.

Emma Kickert
1-99 Astro Racing Group [AR 3.5 with Avanti]
100 Waits for Formula 2
91. Sent on loan to Avanti via Astro.

Ryan Zimmer
PORE want him on their team, and to send him to North Star, but they failed to mention in the contract paperwork filed what series he'd be racing in, and with what equipment! He can either accept blindly - as it's his only offer, he may be inclined to do so based on PORE's reputation alone - wait for clarification or outright reject.
1-50 PORE / North Star
51-90 Waits for further clarification
91-100 Refuses
5. He signs for PORE anyway - it'll be interesting to find out what for.

Marisa Carrera
1-99 FXS Racing AR 3.5
100 Waits for F3 Americas offer
90. AR 3.5 with FXS.

Carter Simpson
1-99 Plus One [AR Nippon with Narita]
100 Wants sportscars
33. Narita via Plus One.

As this change means he will be racing in the same series, with the same equipment, with the parent team of the organisation he signed for, no reroll is required and the contract is still valid.

Pietronella Addiks is being offered a rare opportunity to rejuvenate her career with an F3 drive for Genesis Engineering.

Adoni Okalani will also be offered a place at Andretti.

Dealines for both Pietronella Addiks and Adoni Okalani are set to 04 April at 2306 BST.

Joe Harmsky
Harmsky has been on the sidelines for some time after a massive accident in AR 3.5 in 2017. Callously ditched by his former management, Harmsky is having to start over, but his previous AR 3.5 team, Plus One, have offered to manage his career from hereon in, starting with resuming his place in their AR 3.5 squad.
1-90 Returns to Plus One and AR 3.5
91-100 Feels the accident has changed him irreversibly, would rather take up a desk role with Plus One.
87! He thought long and hard about whether he should return after so long out, but he wants another crack at making it to the top.

Sorry for the doubleposting in first place, but, what happened with the offers me and some people sent for Pietronella?
