To my knowledge, Gizzy never ran in the Development Series, and therefore wouldn't fulfill that sponsor criteria. The other two are fine though

This is correct, he did his 'internship' in the NZL V8 series rather than in the Aussie DVS. And besides this, doesn't he have an FIA EC contract for 2019 that'd make him a bit too busy for F5K?

Erebus Motorsport will need to announce who will be running in the #9 car for the season. For other vacant seats, drivers can be signed alongside extra sponsors after round 4. Also, please note that due to the limitations of GP4, there will be a pre-qualifying session for any race weekend where more than 22 cars are entered, which will be run with all part-time entries for that round.

Finally, a reminder that liveries can be painted for cars. The 2005 GP2 template the series uses can be found here.

Now that work's started to calm down a bit again, let's get the ball rolling again with some sponsor RNGs. For this set, a random sponsor was picked from each car that had less than 50% of the allotted races covered. The results were as follows:

DFR - Foster Thompson
1-20 extend for one event
21-50 extend for two events
50-90 extend for three events
91-100 extend for four events
66

Gulf Western - Rogers
1-30 leave deal alone
31-70 add one additional event
71-100 add two additional events
16

Solo - Muirhead
1-45 add one international event
46-90 add one domestic event
91-100 add one of each event
49

PWR - Watson
1-10 leave deal alone
11-100 add one additional event on the provision MP signs a "star driver" for remaining PWR races
68

Huawei - Xiuping
1-15 leave deal as is
16-90 add Macau to sponsorship
91-100 add Macau plus one other event to sponsorship
39

PremiAir - Bianchi
1-30 leave deal as is
31-80 add Bathurst to sponsorship
81-100 add Penrith and Bathurst to sponsorship

As a guideline, it'd be anyone who's well known in racing circles. Bonus points for creativity :P

At this point, teams are more than welcome to raid the paydriver list or engage in more 'questionable' practices to do whatever it takes to get cars on the grid. Bonus points for creativity :P

Teams will also need to announce lineups and races entered for the rest of the season as necessary

O'Lauchlan accepts the offer. He has two races of leftover funding that he's willing to take to another team, so long as it doesn't clash with his Horan commitments
