Grand Prix Rejects

Hi everyone,

It has only just come to my attention that our internal mail system (not the Forum PM system, but rather the automated phpBB system for things like user activation, password reset, board-to-mail messages) was not functioning correctly.

The problem has since been identified and rectified. This does mean unfortunately that some people registered and couldn't activate - sorry! I have sent everyone affected by this new activation emails that should now actually arrive.

So unfortunately this has cropped up again. Our server changed IPs recently, and it seems we inherited one which was previously blacklisted by Microsoft. Ergo, anyone holding a Hotmail/Outlook/Live etc account connected to their forum handle will not be able to receive message of any kind, of the type detailed in the post above. Tickets have been submitted to them, but we cannot do anything more at our end for now, we just have to wait.

Received a message from Microsoft overnight saying our block has been "conditionally mitigated". Given we only send a handful of messages a day to their accounts, this shouldn't present many issues, but delivery may still be patchy for the coming few days.
