Fear not, people. The predicaments championship is officially up to date for the first time in like two or three months! We had a relatively predictable result for the race, so one of our highest-scoring rounds yet. Let's look at the scores.

1. Ugncreativeusergname 38*
2. tommykl 26
3. Enforcer 25
- Aislabie 25

5. dr-baker 23
6. RAK 21
7. This Could Be You 19
8. mario 17
9. Aguvazk 14
- CoopsII 14**
11. RedEyes504 13
*double points
**While I allowed him to participate, I didn't allow CoopsII any points for pole position as he had submitted after qualifying.

So Ugncreativeusergname takes his second win this season, and achieves by far the highest score of any participant this season so far - 38 points! Importantly, tommykl and Enforcer have both been consistently strong in the last few rounds, and it has tightened up the championship just a little bit. There were quite a few people who predicted the whole podium exactly, so well done to all of them. Let's look at the standings:

STANDINGS (after 13 rounds)
1. Mario 220
2. Tommykl 210
3. Ugncreativeusergname 194

4. Enforcer 192
5. RAK 182
6. dr-baker 181
7. Aislabie 180
8. This Could Be You 175
9. CoopsII 171
10. CarloSpace 170
11. Rob Dylan 133
12. Dj_bereta 130
13. Aguvazk 129
14. AdrianBelmonte_ 118
15. pi314159 93
16. Watka 91
17. Ataxia 89
18. Yannicksamlad 88
19. peteroli34 77
20. Normal32 60
21. RedEyes504 39
22. takagi_for_the_win 37
23. Miguel98 35
24. Bleu 29
25. Simtek 28
26. Mash 28
27. TheFlyingCaterham 28
28. Pasta_Maldonado 26
29. Reject_Dom 21
30. Andrew 16
31. FullMetalJack 15
32. Dexter249 14
33. Dartanian 12
34. DemocalypseNow 11
- IceG 11
36. dinizintheoven 10
37. golic_2004 7
38. Gonzalez 6

The gap decreases between the top two in the championship, from 19 points down to 10. However, Mario still has double points left to use. Ugncreativeusergname makes excellent use of his double points to zoom up to the top three in the championship, and in genuine sight of that coveted predictions championship trophy.

Next race expect the prizes to be announced... Great things await for the top three come the season's end! But until then, see you at Singapore (in 47 minutes)

Speaking of which, I imagine that is going to be somewhat difficult to unpick - I don't think many of us expected quite a chaotic race.

On another note, how many people have used the "double points" multiplier this season and who hasn't used it yet? I guess that most people in the top 10 have used them by now, right?

I used it relatively early in the season and got very little out of it.

Of our more regular participants, those who haven't used it are:

- Mario
- Dj_bereta
- pi314159
- Ataxia
- Yannicksamlad
- peteroli34
- Normal32
- RedEyes504

So yes, Mario, you are the only participant in the top ten who has not used double points yet, and you have any of the remaining six rounds to use it. I am considering that if somebody participates in Abu Dhabi who hasn't used their double points, I'll just apply them automatically.

I think I've missed at least one round of all of the Predicament Prediction seasons apart from 2011, where I won overall.

Hell, I've missed three round this season, and I'm supposed to be hosting the bloody thing!

I must find out who all the previous winners of the championship are year by year...
