The results have been counted up, and RAK, the current championship leader, is the first to take his second win of the season! This was one of the higher scoring rounds of the year, so getting those predictions in was vital to staying in touch with the front. However, with RAK's strong win, they have increased their championship lead by quite a stretch, and having not used their double points yet, already looks like a strong contender for this season. Gertrand Bachot was the only driver to use double points, and unfortunately was not successful in reaping the true potential of the bonus. It seems the double points are giving most drivers grief this season, and aren't the lifesaver they proved in 2017.

Results
1. RAK 19
2. mario 17
3. Klon 13

4. yannicksamlad 12*

I have to say that I was very fortunate that Ricciardo was able to hold it until the end despite being down on power. Would have been a good place to use double points, mind.
