2018 Italian Grand Prix - Predicament Predictions!

Welcome back for another round of Predicament Predictions! Another double-header this weekend taking place at Monza, so get your predictions in before the deadline (the end of FP3). Here's your blank slate:

There's always a point for the funniest alternative race title you guys can come up with. The candidates for Minor League Premiership are the usual: Leclerc; Gasly; Hartley; Sirotkin. And if you haven't used them yet, you're always welcome to activate double points for one round only.


My predictions are:

1. Valtteri Bottas (Hamilton takes off Vettel and the audience are ecstatic that someone other than those two won. That's right, even the Tifosi are happy)
2. Kimi Raikkonen
3. Max Verstappen
4. Daniel Ricciardo
5. Romain Grosjean
6. Kevin Magnussen
7. Carlos Sainz Jr.
8. Fernando Alonso

Pole: Sebastian Vettel
Fastest lap: Valtteri Bottas
First retirement: Sergey Sirotkin
ROTR: Charles Leclerc (causes a start-line crash, and the triple-header of not finishing the first lap brings the unexpected wroth of the website)
IIDOTR: Carlos Sainz Jr. (taking advantage of a safety car with a damaged Renault, plus keeping Alonso behind him for the whole final stint despite having no straight-line speed).
DBTMOTR: Lewis Hamilton
MLP: Pierre Gasly
DNS: Stoffel Vandoorne

Monza is over and the scores are counted up. Gertrand Bachot wins his first race of the season so far, though it was all rather low-scoring. Most contenders were within a few points of each other, and most of the high scorers were lucky with a few guesses! Here are the results.
