2019 Belgian Grand Prix - Predicament Predictions!

It's been a solid three or four days since I posted up about Predicament Predictions, which counts as perhaps the longest summer break this competition has ever had :D but yes, the summer break is now officially over and we're back in Spa-Francorchamps, one of the better circuits and the more likely to cause shenanigans. Shall there be said shenanigans, or will Hamilton and Bottas win by a +50s margin? Put your predictions in the thread by the end of FP3!

For the second race in a row, the defending champion RAK has won! Although the general points outcome was not high for most people, the win was by a sizable margin. As a result, the championship lead has again been slimmed slightly. dr-baker retains his lead for yet another round, and if he keeps up his consistency over the rest of the season, is getting closer and closer to winning the 2019 Predicament Predictions Championship!
