Like those before me, I think that Perez certainly is worth mentioning here - a solid performance with some decent moves early in the race and withstanding pressure from Ricciardo late on to hold onto 7th there.

1.) Perez - the old home track advantage paid off. Great run.
2.) Danny Ric - He's looked like arse the last few races, but running over 50 laps on a set of tyres in that heat with his driving style is still damn impressive.
Indy used to do that for the USGP. Never understood why no one had copied it before, its a nice unique touch.

Due to the completely overwhelming vote for Sergio Pérez (the next highest nomination had one vote and one honourable mention...) I am just going to award him Infinite Improbability Drive of the Race. The homeboy delivered and finished best of the rest, and in a Racing Point, and in the present year!
