Before getting going with the predictions here, one quick question - in the wake of Renault's disqualification in the Japanese GP, do we have to recalculate the points from that race now?

Re: 2019 United States Grand Prix - Predicament Predictions!
Another race, another change-up for the books. In only my third year hosting this series, this is the closest season I have ever seen. So despite sitting in sixth in the championship and being a regular contender all year, this is tommykl's first win in 2019, so congratulations to him! ElBerto was the highest scoring of the front-runners in second place, whilst the points tally was actually relatively stable across the board. Here are the results from America:

3. Bleu 14*

- RAK 12
- Fetzie 12
10. dr-baker 10
- mario 10
12. Pacific 777 9
*funniest alternative race title.
But what does this do for the championship, you ask? Well, it changes it up yet again! RAK, having scored two more points than dr-baker, has gone straight back into the lead. However, his lead is very small: 0.83 points. There is literally less than a point difference between first and second in the championship. With the possible 82 points available mathematically (+42 with unused double points), the number of eligible front-runners is dwindling. mario is as usual leaving the double points until late in the season, and has that ace up his sleeve. I haven't spoken much about Fetzie, though they are sitting in a tidy third in the championship, and far enough away from early championship leader ElBerto and the aforementioned mario that they have the best chance at catching the two leaders. But let's see. Here are the standings:
Standings
1. RAK 284
2. dr-baker 283.17

I wasn't anticipating being so close to the lead at this point. Might this end up being closer than the final standings in the F1 title race in either 2007 or even 1984?
