2019 Brazilian Grand Prix - Predicament Predictions!

Brazil, home of Brazilian people, has hosted the F1 Predicament Predictions championship for many years, and it is a privilege to take part in another race here at the relatively unpredictable Interlagos Circuit. This race can often throw up surprises, and being a classic race-track, has the potential to shake up the order of the F1 pack, and perhaps more importantly the predicting pack. With only two races to go, what on earth is going to happen? Let's find out :shock:

So first of all, it was a low-scoring round. Very few people guessed the categories, and yannicksamlad was the only one to guess a Verstappen win. As a result, he takes his first win of 2019 with quite a small 11 points. Although this race was not as unpredictable as Germany in terms of points, it was a very low-scoring round. The biggest news of all in terms of the championship front-runners is that the usual dark horse mario used his double-points here in Brazil. And I can tell you that it was a mistake, as they were used during a crazy race that brought up all sorts of surprises. Therefore he only got 10 points, which must make the contenders around him very relieved. Here are the race results:

That's what happened. Actually not a huge amount. However, we only have 41 points available in the championship. 82 points if you haven't used double points, and that only applies to our race winner yannicksamlad. He'll only win if he gets 78 points more than RAK and nobody overhauls our championship leader. But it's still a chance! It seems like a two-horse race between RAK the championship defender, and long-time nearly-man dr-baker. But genuinely, who knows what will happen in Abby Dabby.

Fair enough. Just hope I don't rely on that extra half point. It's so close at this altitude!
