Lack of Reject-avatars

Post by DonTirri »

As I've been browsing this forum, I've noticed that for a Rejects-dedicated forum, there are very few Reject-avatars in use. Granted, I am one of those non-rejectavatar users.

Personally i'd find it fitting if we held a "Reject-avatar" week or something similar, where everyone switches to a reject-avatar!

I hope this belongs here.

and lastly, Discuss.

Well, some may consider mine a reject in their eyes :P

But I know what you mean. Its time I switched anyway

Or make it compulsory to have a reject avatar?

Oh well, I've had JJ as my avatar since the day I joined the whole forum, so I think it's a good time to change it anyway. Because you, Tirri, already took Kinnunen, I must go with Kozarowitzky to uphold my theme of Finnish F1 drivers. :P

I've found a great image of Bernd Schneider that I left in the Caption this! thread, because I thought it was amusing enough for a caption. If someone can help me resizing it, that will be my new Reject Avatar.

Does the Forti FG01 count as a reject avatar, even if it's only being driven by an honourary reject and not an actual one?

I'd say it counts :P otherwise Andreamoda needs to find a picture of the s921 with Perry, not Roberto in the cockpit :P

Whilst statistically not a reject, I think the driver in my avatar is very much a reject in spirit.

I have a Reject of the Year in my avatar right now, along with ... quite possibly the HWNSNBM of NASCAR.

Well my avatar has always been a 1996 Forti, so it's always counted.

Originally the yellow version, but now in the sublime Shannon green to complete the rejectful triumvirate of car, driver and crooked team owner.

I know Shiggy Hattori never raced in F1, but surely his CART, IRL, and NASCAR truck exploits mark him out as reject nonetheless?

Honorary reject.

Also, I suggest there is a NASCAR ROTY. At least that way Norm Benning would actually win something for once.

I gave it to Dale Earnhardt, Jr. in a very extensive one-word driver review I did on Youtube. Also, Norm Benning doesn't race enough to be in the running for Reject of the Year. I gave it to Dale Jr. on the basis that his teammates were 1-2-3 in the points table, and even though it's standard procedure for Hendrick to have an R&D team, he did even worse in it than Brian Vickers did awhile back.

Also, Shiggy Hattori makes Ide and Deletraz look like Nuvolari. Also, he and Milka Duno need to be on an F1 team. Together. In the race seats. Quite possibly the two most inept racing drivers since Dr. Jack Miller and Salt Walther.

First image is already way too small, but here's the 2nd that I think fits the minimum dimensions (75x75 isn't it?)

Kostas, the maximum size is 125 pixels wide and 75 pixels high.

Hail thee.

My own computer is borken and there's no telling when it'll be fixed since the issue in it is rather mystical. Thus I have no PC to install/use an image manipulation software on, and my PC withdrawal symptoms have caused me to cannibalize all my friends.

Thus I would be most grateful and not cannibalize the person who could turn this wonderous racing Trabant into my avatar:

seems to be to small, probably too rectangular, but it's hard to find a de dryver picture where he's actually driving, while the ferrari is still 18,7KB
