It doesn't seem very funny to be in Sydney at the moment.

It's less funny here in Brisbane. We had torrential rain and cyclonic strength winds on the coast since Friday, and it only just stopped. We basically got hit by the Bundaberg north of here got 6 tornadoes in one day. It is also in the process of having a record flood. One town got about 500 mm of rain. Most of the major towns and cities on the coast have been flooded or will get flooded. I'm not sure it will be as bad by the time it gets to Sydney. The insane thing about this low is that it started as a cyclone in Cape York and has come all the way down the Queensland coast. That means it has traveled about 1500+ km.

Yeah, the edge of that system has just reached Sydney now and it doesn't look anywhere near as bad here. Although being so far inland, I haven't the faintest idea what's going on at the coast.

EDIT: And who'd have thought that post 11 000 would be yet more inane off-topic rambling?

I seem to remember Scuderia Alitalia was considering it for a bit; they planned to throw Benoit Voeckler in as part of the deal...

Some say Alan Shoe Trader is actually the only remaining official stockist of Andrea Moda shoes. And the official footwear supplier to the Formula 1 Rejects World Race Series.

All we know is, the above is 50% true.
