A post-1995 debut ( but not In Australia), points scoring reject, who drove for a reject team ( but not HRT/Manor/Virgin/Marussia/Caterham-Lotus) is European but not British, has not had a British team mate, has competed with more than one team , has not finished in the top 6. Not Albers, Liuzzi, Doornbos or Stevens.
.....I'm stumped
I started supporting Emmo in 1976 (3 points )....missed 75, 74, 73, 72...

I only got two options left, that being HWNSNBM and Pascal Wehrlein.

Problem is Pascal made his debut in Melbourne and HWNSNBM never drove for a reject team. I think there's a teensy flaw there...

I'm going to count this, WE HAVE A WINNER!
It was HWNSNBM, also isn't PS Era Minardi considered a reject team?

Despite the owner change, PS era Minardi still counts as the same team as the one run by Giancarlo himself. It should be noted that he stayed on as Managing Director until the RB takeover.

As far as I know the only eligible driver for the criteria is Chirstijan Albers (assuming MidlandF1 counts as a reject team, even as a continuation of Jordan)

It seems things have gotten a bit complicated here...

As Nuppiz points out, Stoddart-era Minardi does not count as a reject team, as it was the same Minardi as before under new ownership. It's only when there's a name change that we can (usually) infer that a new team has been born, as in the Midland example cited by TCBY above. Although even then there can be exceptions, like 1Malaysia Racing Team, better known to us as Lotus Racing, "Team Lotus", Caterham F1 Team, or my favourite variation (if unofficial): Fondmetal Team Malaysia.

Anyway, I guess it's up to WaffleCat now to take us back to normality.

So Far: An Italian non-points scorer that has qualified for a race. Hasn't raced 10 GPs, no more than 4 post '95, didn't debut in the 70's or raced in the 80's or post 2005. He did not compete in exactly one race.

I was about to ask if it was Maria Teresa de Fillipis but then I noticed that Waffle Cat said 'he' in his last post, so not her then.
