I can imagine how that would go down.

"No?"
"But I work here!"
"So do we?"

I can just imagine someone scanning these pages for a car to run in the BOSS series (if it's still alive) and opting for the Lola.

IIRC, the BOSS series is still going.

Hi all,

This is not reject merchandise, but it's still F1 merchandise.

I am selling some retro F1 gear, more specifically some 1990s Renault F1 caps. These are authentic & BNWT. They sell for £10 each on both eBay and Amazon, but I'll give them out for £5 each + P&P (whatever the postal company charges me, basically). I have two different styles - I have five in white and four in black.

Drop me a PM if you're interested in buying one or more!

(I realise this is technically spam. But please don't delete me, by offering them here, instead of directing you to an eBay listing, I don't have to pay any fees, and therefore I can charge less money, and don't have to rip off people I don't want to do such a thing to!)

Wow, that's the first time I've seen a pair up for sale. Imagine the fun you could have racing them with your friends.

Or here's a better idea. When Dr Baker eventually marries [insert name of significant female in motorsport] here, they can exchange Mastercard Lolas instead of wedding rings.

Oh man, if that were to ever happen... There is no emoticon to express how I would feel about that. This perhaps:  :?:

Couldn't believe my eyes when Christmas shopping today and had to join this forum to find like minded people to share it with! Hope Beretta gets some money from the makers of this toy for using his likeness. Only fair considering he probably paid a fair whack to drive that car in the first place.

But it did bring back some good memories. I went to the 1994 British Grand Prix with my dad when I was 13. On raceday I proudly wore a Larousse t-shirt that had I bought on the Saturday.

Thanks to you both. Good to be here. Although I spent ages trying to get the profile picture to the right size and right tone of reverence, I think I may have distrespected Sir Phillipe as I spelt his name wrong - should be "Phillippe" not "Phillipe"!! . I'll have to figure out how to change the user name!

In fact, the correct spelling would be PhilippeAdams. Enjoy your "new" username. ;)

When I'm older and may be able to afford one, I'd quite like a Pierluigi Martini racing suit from his Minardi days. Or Jean Alesi's Ferrari or Prost suits, those would be my definition of nice F1 merchandise.
