Rosberg, Bottas and Massa were basically the only 3 cars with nothing to gain from the race starting, so that - combined with the terrible handling of the Williams in those conditions - would have led to Massa's comments in all likelihood. Same as his comments about the conditions later in the race.

Also, Massa has always been quite poor when racing in the wet, so is no wonder that he voiced his concerns about the conditions. Coupled with the Williams handling in the wet, he was always bound to lose. The less he race the better for him.
Colin Kolles on F111, 2011 HRT challenger: The car doesn't look too bad; it looks like a modern F1 car.

C'mon... It only rained in the last few laps. Most of the race was run in a drying track. I am not saying that when there is a slight humidity in the air Massa immediately botches it, but that he performs better in the dry it is undeniable.
