I actually didn't mean this to be a series where the forum members control the teams, but if there is enough interest, then why not

Could someone move this to the 18-Metre debut forum, then?

Seeing as I was beaten to Team Green, Let's see if we can drag Payton/Coyne Racing into relevance.

We'll take Reynard chassis, Mercedes engines and Firestone tyres.

Arciero will take Fords and Firestones.
We will apply for a Penske chassis, as we have a bit of history using the Captain's year old chassis and it was one of the more competitive periods in our little team's history.

Alright, we haven't got new entries since Sunday, so I will close the entry. I will run Simon, Hall, Hogan, Galles, Foyt, Bettenhausen, Patrick, Comptech and Project Indy (although they can be taken mid-season).

The next thing is driver signing. PM me a list of 3 drivers for each car you have and how much you offer each driver. You can sign anybody you want, just be realistic, please!

Also, mike robers will need to choose if he'll accept Rabbi Gordon's offer.

SeedStriker, can I ask for the use of #1 for Jacques Villeneuve if possible as the reigning IndyCar champion?
If not possible, it is okay ;)

P.S. Seeing Jimmy Vasser driving the Ganassi's #4 car is hilarious :D

Well, that was... not bad, to say the least.

Jean-Cristophe Foyt is showing off here. Finishing second in his first ever race in the series while his experienced teammate was the penultimate qualifier.
