The second DMR seat is still available, on a first come first serve basis.

With the Supercopa calendar in place, I can now announce that the Infiniti Junior car driven by Manuarii Vahirua will partake in Rounds 1, 2, 12, 18, 19 & 20. The car will also be provisionally pencilled in for 14, 16, 17 for a TBA driver (I have someone in mind via free agency).

I've added grid size information and current B-Class entry lists to the first post. For tracks that have an entry list below 42, I can increase the grid sizes, though it will probably ruin the pitlane - though that doesn't matter as IPC won't be making use of it unless the car is damaged. :P

I also know that Cynon has managed to get 46 (I think) cars into a race before, though whether or not I will be able to do this is another thing entirely.

Right, seeing as we're so close to the start of the season now, I really need confirmation from TMLW that he is willing to let Frank Zimmer run Adelaide and Rhys Davies run Bathurst for the Infiniti All Stars team.

I still need livery design information from the following teams:

Triumph Racing (pasta_maldonado)
Mobil Racing ZimSport (The Masked Lapwing)
Kiwi Racing (HawkAussie)
Best In The World Motorsport (Klon)
Grundig Euromotor International (FantometteBR)
Alfa Corse (Rated)
Rothmans Pan Am Aeroracing Engineering (Phoenix)

Whether you're having a new livery created, keeping you old one, modifying it, creating it yourself or getting another person, could you please let me know as soon as possible, please?

Alfa Corse will use the livery from last year. Two minor things will change : The numbers and the drivers' name on top of the car. If you can do these changes, that would be great for me. PM me here or on IRC if you need the .psd file or the .png file for the numbers fonts.

It's done. Livery tiem.

(Left) Adriatica Touring Racing - (Right) Alfa Corse

(L) Chris Short Racing - (R) Definitely Maybe Racing
ImageImage

(L) htB Renzo - (R) Repsol Hispania
ImageImage

(L) Scumbag College London - (R) Stefan Lada
ImageImage

Notes;
  • Alfa Corse #55 has white banner with red text, #155 has red banner with white text
  • Adriatica Touring Racing #94 has yellow air intake with Garoto sponsor, #95 has pink air intake with Lampre sponsor
  • htB Renzo #86 livery is for use at North American rounds only (pink livery for all European events)
  • Repsol Hispania #48 has BBVA banner and Andalusian flag, #49 has Comcast banner and US canton.
  • Stefan Lada #47 has Lada Sport and Berar sponsorship, #51 has Gazprom sponsorship

I am having to abandon the Mediafire folder used previously, as the website is no longer letting me upload TGA files (not the slightest idea why). Here are individual links;

#46 Ryan Carlton (Chris Short Racing)
#48 Marcos Marcia (Repsol Hispania)
#49 Ray Vance (Repsol Hispania)
#55 Luca Pacchiarini (Alfa Corse)
#81 Chris Whiting (Chris Short Racing)
#82 Shane Atkinson (Scumbag College London)
#86 TBA (Renzo)
#94 Guly (Adriatica Touring Racing)
#95 Roberto Dinella (Adriatica Touring Racing)
#96 Damon Cannon (Definitely Maybe Racing)
#155 Adolfo Moretti (Alfa Corse)

Another small note not related to liveries but rather to entries - I notice the #38 car is only entered for 9 rounds out of a possible 10, so let's go ahead and pencil it in for Round 19 in Japan. The driver in question will be Adilmar Caetano Xairim of Macau.

Alright, After searching and searching, Blokkmonsta finally found a driver for our promoter's seat. With that, we now post our entry for the Blokkmonsta Hotseat:

Team name: Blokkmonsta Hotseat by Hondajet (B-Class, Part-Time)
Team nationality: Germany
Car: Honda Accord
Car Number: 423
Driver 1 name: Lasse Tilkesson
Driver 1 nationality: Sweden
Driver 1 previous canon experience (if any): RRC (part-time, 2016), ARST (2017)
Livery design: In progress
Rounds Participating: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20

Also, Honda is now offering cars to customer teams. The car remains a reliable and balanced platform, and with those muppets that used to run the Hondas out of the picture we can assure you that upgrades will be sensible and on a consistent basis.

The B-Class entry lists for all rounds are as follows, with the rounds that are at or over capacity in red:

Round of Australia: Adelaide Street Circuit - March 2-4 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 40)

Round of Italy: Autodromo Treviso - March 30-April 1 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 41)
Round of France: Circuit Jérémy-Étienne Voeckler - April 13-15 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 42)
Round of Spain: Circuit de La Colina - April 27-29 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 39)
Round of the United Kingdom: Rockingham Motor Speedway - May 11-13 2018 (Oval) (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 42)

Round of Illinois: Grand Detour Raceway - June 8-10 2018 (Oval) (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 42)
Round of Wisconsin: Road America - June 15-17 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 43)
Round of New York: Watkins Glen International - June 22-24 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 43)

Round of Canada: Road Gatineau - June 29-July 1 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 40)
Round of South Africa: Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit - July 27-29 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 39)
Round of Finland: Karjala Raceway - August 10-12 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 40)

Round of Paris: Paris Street Circuit - August 31-September 2 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 40)
Round of the Czech Republic: Brno Circuit - September 14-16 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 42)
Round of Hungary: Hungaroring - September 21-23 2018 (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 42)

Round of the Pacific: Calder Park Thunderdome - October 7th 2018 (Oval) (Max Grid Size: 42 - B-Class Entries: 41)

As you can see, we are one car over capacity at Road America and Watkins Glen. If someone could move those entries to different rounds that still have space available, that would be perfect.

With entries mostly sorted, I'm now turning to generating the cars. Every manufacturer will get a chance to influence their car slightly, whether they continue to use last season's car or build a new one.

The following manufacturers are using their 2017 machinery and are entitled to the equivalent of 1 medium upgrade (+2-10 to chosen stat):
  • Infiniti (Biscione)
  • Dacia (MinardiFan95)
  • Subaru (FantometteBR)
  • Ford (peteroli34)
  • Mercedes (SuperAguri)
  • Honda (CaptainGetz12)
  • SEAT (HawkAussie)
  • Triumph (pasta_maldonado)
  • Volvo (Phoenix)

The following manufacturers are building new cars for 2018 and can choose between 1 development focus (+5-10 to one stat) or 2 development focuses (+1-7 to two stats):
  • Dodge (Salamander)
  • Chevy (SeedStriker)
  • Holden (the Masked Lapwing)
  • Mazda (Ataxia)
  • Skoda (Klon)
  • Alfa Romeo (Rated)
  • BMW (Wizzie)
  • Toyota (kevinbotz)
  • Lada (Biscione)

As a reminder, you can upgrade any one of Aero, Engine, Chassis, and Consistency.

I would also like for each manufacturer (with the exceptions of Ford and Lada) to inform me of their upgrade path for this season. You can choose one of 3 upgrade paths:
  • Large (1 upgrade of +3-20 after New York)
  • Medium (2 upgrades of +2-10 after Europe and Germany)
  • Small (3 upgrades of +1-7 after Spain, New York, and Paris)

Please use the form below to give me all necessary information.

Manufacturer name:
Off-season upgrade stat:
Development Focus 1:
Development Focus 2:
Upgrade path:

---

Manufacturer name: Dodge
Off-season upgrade stat: N/A
Development Focus 1: Engine
Development Focus 2: N/A
