Carlos Ramon Jimenez - Press Day
Arsenio Godoy - Press Day
A Paraguayan journalist is writing a story about new motorsport talents from his country - among others, he's going to interview the Ascension SAF4 guys.
1-65: The driver gets along well with the journalist
66-100: Interviews are nothing for them, they'd rather spend some time on the track.
Jimenez...24: He loves being labelled as "the future of Paraguayan motorsport" (+38 grip)
Godoy...77: Too much attention for Jimenez makes Godoy a dull boy. (-8 grip)
Cecilia Ugarte - Formula 3 test
Caio Collet - Formula 3 test
Gianluca Petecof - Formula 3 test
Ana Sofia Santana - Formula 3 test
Formula 3 Americas is starting, more teams are looking for some talented South American drivers. Ugarte, Collet, Petecof and Santana will have the opportunity to test today.
1-50: Some contract offers are underway - testing records are impressive.
51-100: Maybe some more F4 will do?
Ugarte...99: An utter failure. She isn't ready to make the jump. (-9 grip)
Collet...44: Good, but not as impressive as someone was expecting. (+22 grip)
Petecof...42: Even faster than Collet. That's impressive. (+40 grip)
Santana...79: Not too fast, not too slow. Barely noticed, to be honest. (-1 grip)
Xavier Santillian - New Sponsor
The Tropican Tourism Board is willing to bankroll a new local driver - they sure have money, can they find an agreement?
1-50: A contract is signed, his further career is on a good path.
51-100: Xavier's requests were too high - Tropico will find someone else.
1: They come to an agreement in a couple of minutes. (+2 grip)
Julio Jimenez - Parachuting Session
Matias Valdes - Parachuting Session
Many drivers went parachuting last week, Jimenez and Valdes are doing it this week.
1-85: The others were right, it's damn fun.
86-100: It's funnier when you do it all together.
Jimenez...42: Begging to do it again as soon as he landed. (+15 grip)
Valdes...27: Fun, but not that much. (+4 grip)
Enzo Fittipaldi - A New Interest
Verania Andres - A New Interest
Maria del Carmen Alvarez - A New Interest
Carla Wilikinson - A New Interest
Catriel Mollo - A New Interest
Some drivers took up gaming, namely the Hernandez girls and Enzo.
1-85: Racing games are fun and they also can act as "makeshift simulators"!
86-100: 16 hours long Starcraft sessions aren't that good...
Fittipaldi...77: He gave up on it pretty fast, as he didn't like being defeated by the girls. (+1 grip)
Andres...77: Setting fastest laps in series, as she does in real life. (+13 grip)
Alvarez...26: Racing is again a bit more exciting for her. (+19 grip)
Wilkinson...5: She likes playing with the other girls, but not as much as the others. (+7 grip)
Mollo...11: Regularly beating Alvarez: this should mean something! (+16 grip)
Raquel Rodriguez - Back to school
John Pearson - Back to school
They may be quick and talented on the track, but even racing drivers have to do some work for getting their "regular" driving license.
1-85: I mean, that's an easy game for them!
86-100: Astonishingly enough, the driver fails!
Rodriguez...3: No problems for Raquel. (+15 grip)
Pearson...20: Made it at the first try. (+5 grip)
Oscar Sandoval - A day at the races
Rafael Muralha - A day at the races
Sandoval and Muralha are invited to attend a Formula 1 race.
1-65: They love it and want to further pursue their racing career.
66-100: It's not all fun and games up there.
Sandoval...62: It wasn't bad, but he got pretty bored. (+1 grip)
Muralha...31: He sure had more fun than Oscar. (+22 grip)

Diego Moggia - Formula 3 test
Elda Carita Colina Carreras - Formula 3 test
Catriel Mollo - Formula 3 test
Delighted by their recent form, Indy Lights' Team Pelfrey invited Moggia and Carreras for a test; meanwhile in Argentina, Mollo had been given by a personal sponsor the opportunity to test an AF3 car.
1-50: Good performance, a contract for next season is almost on the books.
51-100: Another year in F4 will probably do it, right?
Moggia...90: Utterly disappointing. (-12 grip)
Carreras...29: Not that good, but at least she did better than Moggia (+3 grip)
Mollo...62: I doubt she really is F3 material yet... (-13 grip)
Carlos Ramon Jimenez - Internet Forum
Some folks like googling their own name. Jimenez is one of them - by doing that, he stumbled upon a famous internet forum, where a guy is posting SAF4 news and results.
1-80: Nice place, isn't it?
81-100: What's that #@*! writing?
39: That Italian guy who writes about SAF4 the whole time is actually quite nice. Carlos can't understand why he is that interested in it, though. (+17 grip).
Arsenio Godoy - Parachuting Session
Parachuting or paragliding in Paraguay, it's a paranormal experience either way.
1-80: Arsenio's already pre-para-ing to do it again
81-100: You can't enjoy things when fear almost paralyzes you.
22: A nice parenthesis in his week (+14 grip)
Jorge Agramonte - A day at the races
Agramonte has been offered the opportunity to meet his idol Pastor Maldonado during a F1 weekend.
1-65: Jorge gets along well with Pastor, and calls him "his mentor".
66-100: The Reverend isn't impressed.
16: It's nice to have someone to look up to. (+21 grip)
Oscar Sandoval - A new interest
Rafael Muralha - A new interest
Sandoval and Muralha hang up for a while and begin working together on their mopeds.
1-80: They like going fast, even outside the track.
81-100: They like going TOO fast...this isn't always good.
Sandoval...47: So fast they won't catch him (+6 grip)
Muralha...15: Right behind his teammate. (+6 grip)
Victoria Marcia Belmonte - Simulator Run
Belmonte's manager set up a day for her to try a powerful simulator. Not that it could bring so much...
1-65: Well, she ain't so slow, you know?
66-100: She is slow. Period.
60: It's all fun and games, when it doesn't come down to driving an actual car... (+23 grip)
Alejandro Gomez - New Setup
Gomez struggled a bit lately, thus his team decided to meet up with him to try and find a new setup for his cockpit.
1-50: Issue found, things will go better now.
51-100: The issue hasn't been found. What could they do?
5: A couple of wings adjustments and a better seat fitting can work wonders! (+49 grip)

Re: 2019 South American F4 - Interlagos posted - Upgrade tim
Time has come for the second mid-season test, which will take place over two days
This time around, you may choose a focus for each of your two drivers, among:
- Qualifying pace (higher quali grip)
- Race pace (higher race grip)
- Consistency (reducing RGR) <- Default choice, in case no input comes in.
- Driver development - in case you decide to test a rookie driver for next season, this may lead to a grip bonus...
Apart from that, you may choose the effort your driver will have to put in:
- Low effort (Lower bonus, chance to succeed = 75%)
- Medium effort (Medium bonus, chance to succeed = 60%)
- High effort (Higher bonus, chance to succeed = 45%)
Unlike normal upgrades, these won't backfire if they don't succeed.
Please, post your schedule for both days as soon as possible.

If I am responsible for driver development for a driver of mine placed at another team, do I dictate the testing strategy for said driver at the other team?

Yes, but that refers to upgrade paths, not testing sessions. Therefore the rule, as in its current form does not explicitly include test sessions, may mean this is not the case.

Re: 2019 SAF4 - Wizzie and John Rafael needed! (Testing plan
Mid-season Test 2 - Report
Escuderia Hernandez:
Andres: Despite her efforts, she only made small gains in her qualifying pace. Not quite what Hernandez was hoping for. (+ 7 Quali)
Araya (R): He isn't bad, but he isn't that good to begin with. And he made no significant gains during testing. Lower midfield at most.
Wilkinson: She worked on her consistency and could get somehow better (-15 RGR).
Total BR Autosport:
Miranda: He barely showed up at all, no one noticed him and he didn't make any gains.
Hevel: Day 1 - same story as her teammate. Day 2 - worked well on her consistency and made the test at least a bit useful for the Total BR guys (-28 RGR).
Ascension Asuncion:
C. R. Jimenez: Further improved his qualifying pace, he's among the top drivers in the field as far as it goes now (+44 Quali)
Godoy: Also made gains in qualifying pace, albeit lower than his teammate (+12 RGR)
Iturra (R): He's not even Formula 4 material, showing no signs of talent and not making any progress during his test. Forget it.
Equipo Berta:
Castaneda: No progress whatsoever. Some slight bits of pace, but she's too erratic to make anything about it.
Pearson: Good gains in consistency, especially if compared to Miranda's performance, will help him in his fight for P3 in the championship. (-45 RGR)
Rodriguez: She topped the timesheets, as usual, and also made some long runs which improved her race pace. (+30 Race)
T&D Vasquez:
Ugarte: Among the worst drivers, as usual, but at least she got somehow better in her long runs. (+20 Race)
Jimenez: Probably the real surprise of this session, making good gains in both qualifying and race pace. Let's see how the last part of the season turns out for him. (+33 Quali, +45 Race)
Silver Line Racing:
Gomez: Got better in his long runs, but it won't help him in his struggle to qualify the car. (+53 Race)
Carreras: Followed up on her first points-scoring finish with a solid testing result (+28 Quali, +12 Race)
Moggia: Not quite what his team was waiting for - we've got the feeling he wasted a good opportunity.
Equipo de Carreras Venezolano:
Santillan: Solid result, exactly what he can't seem to pull during actual races. (+13 Race, -21 RGR)
Agramonte: Further slight improvement, there are good expectations for him for the last part of the season. (+13 Quali, -44 RGR)
Eurofarma Juniores:
Collet: Had some good long runs to help establish himself in the upper midfield. (+32 Race)
Petecof: Almost a no-show. Looks like the Eurofarma guys are losing patience with him.
Santana: Worked on her consistency and made some gains. (-29 RGR)
Equipo Sandoval
Sandoval: (Almost) nothing to see there. (+3 Race)
Muralha: Good gains, but there wasn't anything terrific to start with. (+55 Quali)
RZ Motorsport:
Belmonte: Slight gains, almost a drop in the ocean. (+2 Quali)
Garcia: Those long runs will sure help him. (+26 Race)
Fernandez (R): He's not bad, but no championship material either. With some luck, he could make a solid midfielder.
Pillan Competicion:
Valdes: A driver who often struggles to qualify almost topping the timesheets, that's surprising. (+86 Quali)
Fittipaldi: Got more consistent-that was everything he could hope for. (-35 RGR)
Mazzacane Motorsport:
Castillo: More like the bad version of himself. Wasted the weekend.
Caldeiro: He could be a good midfielder and also showed some solid gains during testing. But he looks a bit erratic...

The long break in the SAF4 season gives the Hernandez girls time to concentrate on their school duties.
Andres...29. It's all fine and she goes well into the (South American) summer break. (+18 grip)
Mollo...94. Despite having no racing commitments anymore, she struggles more than she should. (-7 grip)
Alvarez...79. No easy year for her, but at the end she'll get her passing grades. (+9 grip)
Wilkinson...26. She got even better than she was before taking up racing. (+12 grip)
